The Bidagora platform — including its name, wordmark, monogram, visual design, code, algorithms, data structures, user experience flows, written copy, documentation, and all software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Bidagora and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws in the United Arab Emirates and internationally.
No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, uploaded, modified, adapted, translated, decompiled, reverse-engineered, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of Bidagora. This applies to the Platform as a whole and to any individual component, design element, or piece of written content.
The Bidagora name and marks may not be used in any company name, product name, domain name, social media handle, advertising, or promotional material without Bidagora's explicit written permission.
Content that users submit to the Platform — including procurement briefs, supplier quotes, company profiles, kit lists, uploaded documents, images, and voice notes — remains the intellectual property of the person or organisation that created it.
By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Bidagora a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, process, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the Platform and provide the service to you and other authorised parties. This licence ends when the content is deleted from the Platform, subject to any legal retention obligations.
You must not submit content that infringes any third party's copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you own the content or have all necessary rights and licences to submit it and grant Bidagora the licence described above.
Copying, reproducing, or presenting Bidagora's platform design, copy, or supplier-comparison methodology as your own — whether for a competing service, a pitch deck, a grant application, or any other purpose — is an infringement of Bidagora's intellectual property and may constitute passing off under UAE and international law.
Supplier quotes, briefs, and choice records that pass through the Platform are confidential procurement documents. Sharing, reproducing, or circulating them outside their intended recipient without authorisation may violate both these terms and applicable confidentiality and data protection law.
Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to extract content, data, or structure from the Platform is prohibited and may constitute a violation of Bidagora's database rights and applicable computer-misuse laws.
Bidagora respects the intellectual property of others. Users of the Platform must not infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright holders, trademark owners, and holders of trade secrets or confidential business information.
If you are a supplier, your quotes must not reproduce copyrighted manufacturer specifications, product images, or marketing materials beyond what is permitted under fair use or a valid licence. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions before including third-party content in your profile or quotes.
If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property right, please send a written notice to admin@bidagora.com with the subject line "IP Infringement Notice". Your notice must include:
1. Your name, contact details, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
2. A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you claim has been infringed.
3. A description of the content on the Platform that you allege is infringing, with enough detail for Bidagora to identify it (for example, the URL or the name of the request/supplier involved).
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or applicable law.
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.
Bidagora will review all valid notices promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content while the matter is under review.
If content you submitted to the Platform has been removed or disabled following an infringement notice and you believe the removal was made in error, you may submit a counter-notice to admin@bidagora.com with the subject line "IP Counter-Notice". Your counter-notice must include:
1. Your name, contact details, and identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal.
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
3. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates for any dispute relating to the removed content.
4. Your physical or electronic signature.
Bidagora will review all valid counter-notices and may restore the removed content if appropriate.
Bidagora reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others. A user who receives multiple verified infringement notices, or who is found to be systematically misusing third-party content, will be suspended and may be permanently banned from the Platform.
Bidagora actively monitors for unauthorised reproduction of its platform, brand, design, and code. Infringement — including the use of Bidagora's design or methodology to build a competing service — will be pursued under applicable UAE and international intellectual property law.
Bidagora reserves the right to seek injunctive relief, damages, and any other remedies available at law or in equity for infringement of its intellectual property rights.
This Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
For intellectual property matters, notices, or counter-notices, contact us at admin@bidagora.com with the relevant subject line as described above.
