Build with Bidagora
Bring requests, quote comparisons and supplier inventory into the tools your team uses. Start with the MCP interface, browser tools or a rental-system integration.
Connect through MCP
Bidagora exposes a remote MCP interface over HTTP. Use a client that supports remote HTTP servers and OAuth sign-in.
OAuth protected-resource discovery is available at /.well-known/oauth-protected-resource. Tool access follows the signed-in Bidagora account and its current buyer or supplier role.
Get access during the beta
- Tell the team which client you are connecting and whose workflow you are building.
- Arrange client access and sign in with the Bidagora account that owns the requests or supplier records.
- Ask the client to list the tools available to that account, then start with a read operation.
Client registration and account access may need setup with the team. Adding the endpoint alone does not activate an integration.
Send an integration enquiryTools and account access
The server exposes tools for the current account. Private records are checked against that account on every operation; tool arguments cannot select another company or user.
stock_lookupAll signed-in roles- Search reference equipment in the public catalogue. Results do not include private supplier identities, stock quantities or prices.
rfq_create_draftBuyer- Save a private request draft. A buyer opens that exact draft in Bidagora to review and send it.
rfq_listBuyer- List requests belonging to the signed-in buyer account.
rfq_getBuyer- Read a request the buyer is allowed to access, using its rfq_id.
quotes_compareBuyer- Read actual quotes for the buyer’s request, including quote lines, exclusions and validity.
supplier_kit_getSupplier- Read the signed-in supplier’s published stock list.
rental_connectionsSupplier- List rental-system connections already configured for the signed-in supplier.
rental_inventorySupplier- Read equipment from a configured rental system for supplier review.
rental_availabilitySupplier- Read a source observation for an event window; systems without date support return unknown availability.
Compatible clients can display request, quote and stock cards. Clients without those cards receive the same result as structured data and text.
Save a request for buyer review
rfq_create_draft is the write operation in this interface. It saves a private draft and returns a link to review it in Bidagora. It does not send the request to suppliers.
Example tool name and arguments:
{
"name": "rfq_create_draft",
"arguments": {
"request_text": "2 Shure wireless microphones for a one-day conference",
"project_name": "Conference audio",
"event_dates": "2026-12-10",
"location": "Dubai",
"idempotency_key": "conference-audio-draft-001"
}
}Keep the same idempotency_key when retrying the same draft. Use a new key for a different request. The buyer follows the returned open_url, reviews the draft and decides whether to send it.
Quote comparison is read-only. Choosing a quote, contacting suppliers and making a stock commitment remain actions for the authorised person in Bidagora.
Work with the page through WebMCP
Where the browser supports WebMCP, the home page exposes tools to fill a request, mark urgency, inspect the comparison, prepare a question for suppliers, navigate a section and list equipment.
fill_request, mark_urgent, show_comparison, ask_all_suppliers, go_to_section and list_equipment act on the page’s interface. A person still reviews and sends requests or messages and chooses a quote.
The ordinary website works without WebMCP. This browser interface is separate from the remote MCP endpoint above.
Read from a supplier’s rental system
Rental connectors read private source data for the supplier account that owns the configured connection. They do not automatically import, publish, reserve equipment or write changes back to the rental system.
- Current RMS
- Inventory and date-window availability reads are implemented; a supplier connection and source access must be configured.
- Rentman
- Equipment inventory and detail reads are implemented. Event-date availability is reported as unknown.
- Booqable
- Inventory and availability use a configured location and date window. Each supplier connection needs validation with that account.
- HireHop
- Asset and current depot counts are available. Event-date availability is reported as unknown.
- Flex
- Access depends on partner arrangements. Contact the team to discuss requirements.
These capabilities describe the connector interface, not a promise that a supplier’s account is connected. Access must be arranged for each company, and source observations still need supplier review before they become a commitment to a buyer.
